Yes, i wouldn't let any stress effect my staffing duties. Do you have over 20 hours? If so, list your hours. Yes, I currently have 190 hours on server (According to gametracker) Are you willing to learn new ways to approach situations? I'm always looking to improve. Do you have a problem with any of our current staff members? None. Requirements: Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:39801287 Steam Profile Link: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198039868303/ Current in game alias: Bacara (Previously Tex) How known are you on a scale of 1-10 (10 being everyone knows you): I'd say 8? How will you becoming a moderator impact on the community? I'd make sure I do my duties to moderate the server and hopefully add enjoyment to the server I can also bring my experience in moderator/admin tasks. Do you use our Teamspeak server often? As previously stated, basically every day Situations: 1. A user is RDMing and Insulting other users. You are the only staff available to deal with the situation. What do you do? I would !goto [player] and confirm that this is the case. If true i'd then proceed to !bring [player] to an area where he cannot cause any harm to other players. I'd then !freeze [player] and ask why they are RDMing and insulting other users. If the player isn't interested in cooperating I'd issue a warn clearing informing them that what they're doing is not allowed. I'd then place them back in the ship and then I would then !admin and follow them using the noclip and invis and monitor them. If they again start causing issues I would !warn and !kick [User] [Reason] the player. If they decide to yet again cause issues by insulting or RDMing I would !ban the user for a period deemed suitable. 2. A group of users have confronted you and explain how another user was breaking some server rules earlier (RDMing and Climb Swep abusing). The users threaten that they want immediate action otherwise they will leave the server. What do you do? After listening to the users and gain an overview of the situation after that i'd ask if they had any evidence such as footage or screenshots. Assuming they wouldn't which would be common i'd go to the player in question and confront them. I'd listen to their side of the story in a non biased manner. If the player appears genuine i'd give them a verbal warning just in case they actually did do it. I wouldn't take further action because I have no evidence to act on. I would however keep an eye on said player and make sure they are obeying the rules. 3. A user has threatened to Ddos and take down the server. What do you do? I would !bring [player] and speak with them on what their issue is with the server and why they'd threaten to Ddos the server. If it turns out hes joking i'd explain the severity of making such jokes on the server and !warn the player for doing it. If they are genuine I would ban the player permanently from the server. 4. A Commander and Lieutenant are arguing infront of debrief. It is getting quite heated. The context to the argument is unknown to you. What do you do? Make it clear that they are in debrief and PTS is active and if they wish to argue to do it privately (This is if it is not a serious issue) If it was a serious issue i'd bring both players away from the debrief area and attempt to figure out what might be the problem and solve it to a point where both people are in agreement. I'd make it clear not to do it again. 5. A CR has been complaining and wondering around because he hasn't been trained yet. He seems like a minge to you and you're not sure if he is really here to play. What do you do? I'd attempt to train him or assign someone to train him with my supervision. If he seems interested after awhile and his stopped minging i'd leave him be but be aware of how he was and monitor him. If he is clearly not interested and definitely wants to cause trouble I'd monitor him closely after he was trained and make sure he doesn't break any of the server rules. If he does punishment would occur depending on the task and severity.
